Letsbuzz agreement

 

Members agree that:

 

1              Letsbuzz may hold their personal data in a computer database (currently “Cyclos”) and will share this personal data with other members for the purpose of trading;

 

2              they may trade only in goods and services which are legal;

 

3              they shall take responsibility for their own tax liabilities should any occur as a result of their trading;

 

4              any member is entitled to know the buzzard balance of any other member;

 

5              all transactions between members are voluntary and no member is obliged to provide services or goods even if they have previously offered them;

 

6              Letsbuzz offers no warranty or undertaking as to the value, condition or quality of goods or services offered by members;

 

7              buzzards may be deducted from their account as subscription fees for the running of Letsbuzz. The current subscription fee is 1 buzzard per month;

 

8              membership fees in cash are payable on joining Letsbuzz and members may be asked to pay them again from time to time but no more than once in 12 months;

 

9              subscription fees and membership fees are determined each year at the Letsbuzz AGM; and

 

10            decisions may be taken about Letsbuzz by those members who attend meetings. All members are invited to participate in meetings, including an AGM, and all members’ votes are equal.
