Bring and share picnic – Rosemary suggested Parson Close, August (at noon and can stay for a band afterwards if wish). If it is wet plan B is Rosemary flat.
Sonja not present to answer questions about accounts or if article written for LBO.

Officers` Reports
Co-ordinator's report: apologies for the delay in putting the minutes from the last open meeting onto Cyclos. Jean sent them in quickly and the only excuse I have is that I kept forgetting!
Membership report: Bob has had two enquiries - one from someone who lived in Northampton, so Bob suggested he might be better going to the Milton Keynes lets. The other enquiry was from someone in Leighton Buzzard and Bob sent details and an application form but has not had a reply yet.
Buzzard Treasurer No of trades in last month 25.2 to 25.3.17 = 13
The 13 trades have involved 14 different people.
The no who have paid out: 8
The no receiving payment: 7
In last 3 months the Organisation account has Paid out 28 Buzzards and has earned 49 Buzzards. Earnings look as though they all relate to shared meal in January.

39 members have positive balances
We have 50 trading members.

Sunday 9th July River Walk, starting from Flat 2 Town Bridge Mill, LU7 1LE at 11am. , need to tell Rosemary before 9th July so Rosemary can book table.
Plan B if raining meet at Rosemary`s and pile into cars for a short drive to Globe.
Sunday 20th August Bring and Share Picnic at Parson Close Noon to 2pm and stay for the afternoon band if you wish. Do not forget to bring a blanket to sit on. If raining moving to Rosemary`s Flat 2 Town Bridge Mill, LU7 1LE.
